๐ธPat Pope captured a lot of key moments of the early careers of some famous bands of the 90s and on. Quite often, Pat became ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ with musicians which definitely contributed to the results of his work and helped revealing more of artists’ personality. This concerns Placebo as well: ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐ recently shared a lovely ๐ฉ๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง taken by her in the mid-90s. The capture is brilliant - Pat "๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐"๐
๐ธPhotographer’s work has been used for the packaging of the ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐’s self-titled album (1993) and The Fat of the Land, 1997 album by ๐ป๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐๐๐. His 2001 photograph of ๐ซ๐๐ ๐, taken in Madrid, is in the collection of the United Kingdom's National Portrait Gallery.

๐ถA few years ago Pat suffered a huge stroke and although he has recovered incredibly well, he no longer has the power of speech. But one thing does still speak for him - his amazing archive.
Pat has initiated this book project on his own. Determined to show the world his best moments, he has chosen every image himself. Although his friends and family are helping with making the book a reality, Pat has argued every single point. This book is all him from beginning to end.

๐ข"Dear everyone,
I don’t know how many of you know this, but I’ve been ill for the last few years. I fad a huge stroke which sort of messed my life up. I now have aphasia (no speech) and one side of my body doesn’t work too well. That said, a lot of good people look after me and I haven’t lost my mind! I’ve been putting my time to good use creating a book of my music photography archive with the help of my brother.
Now we’re asking everyone to support the publication of the first issue. It’s actually a wonderful book, totally edited and created by me. There are over 150 people and bands in it. If you were into music in the 90s and onwards, you will love this record of these times.
