Some of them have gone down in history and others are still with him. Do you want to discover which ones? Well, then let's get started!

The first guitar I ever owned was an ESP Telecaster. When we started the band I had a Japanese reissue Fender jaguar, and I was just playing through a crappy little Fender practice amp. Then I moved on to some Marshall combos.

ðĪ I've got three Fender Jaguars, one Fender Jazz master and two Gibson SG's, and they're all older than me. That's very important. The Jags are all women, and they all have names: "Bitch," "Goddess" and "Tattoo". For amps I use a Marshall stack and a Fender Twin to get a fuller, richer sound. My effects setup is simple: Boss delay and Roger Mayer Voodoo Distortion; and I use the built-in overdrive on the Marshall. Occasionally our sound guy will put a Leslie [rotary speaker] effect or a big My Bloody Valentine kind of reverb effect on my guitar.

"ðŪðð ð ððð" is a blue colored ðððð ðð ðąððððððððð with a white sparkly pickguard and a purple sticker with her name under the bridge. ðĐðððð started using it from the "ðūðððððð ððð ð°'ð ðĩðððððð ðŧððð" mainly to play "ð·ððð ðīðððððð", "ðŧðððððð ðĻðððð", "ðģðð ð ðķð ðŧðð ððððððð" and "ðĐððððð ðļðððð"; He continued to use it until the "ðšððððððð ðūððð ðŪððððð ðŧððð". On September 29th, 2017, this guitar was placed among many more items in the "ð·ðððððð ðđððððððð ðĻðððððð" that the band organized to end their ðððð ððððððððððð celebrations and the proceeds were donated to ðŠ.ðĻ.ðģ.ðī (ðŧðð ðŠððððððð ðĻðððððð ðģððððð ðīðððððððð) a charity dedicated to the prevention of male suicide in the UK and to ðŧðð ðīðððð ðŠððððð, the shelter for underprivileged children in Bangkok, Thailand. As a battle mark, "ðŪðð ð ððð" had broken the headstock.

The case of this guitar is quite interesting. For a long time I have seen on several sites dedicated to ð·ðððððð, that when talking about "ðŧððððð" they refer to the ðŪððððð ðšðŪ guitar with a blue and silver sticker that ðĐðððð uses to play the songs "ðūðððððð ððð ð°'ð ðĩðððððð", "ðŽðððð ððð ðŽðððð ðīð", "ðšðððððð ðĩððð ð", etc; However, while I was preparing this post I came across a forum where a guy said that the red colored ðððð ðð ðąððððð with tortoiseshell pickguard is the guitar named "ðŧððððð" and that it was also ðĐðððð's second favorite and the sexiest one. Looking at the quote that opens this post, we realize that it is true: ðĐðððð ðīðððð ððððððð ðððð ðððð "ðŧððððð" ðð ðððððððð ð ðððð ðð ðąððððð ððð ðĩðķðŧ ð ðŪððððð ðšðŪ, as has always been rumored.
ðĐðððð mainly used this guitar to play songs from ð·ðððððð's first album and he only used it during their first tour. As you well know, in the gigs ðĐðððð ðīðððð always changes guitars between songs, but there are exceptions, such as their performance at the ðģðððððð ðððððððð in 1996 where he played the whole concert with "ðŧððððð".

"ðģððððð" is another ðððð ðð ðąððððð guitar named after the sticker between the pickups of the American silent film star and writer ðģððððð ðĐððððð, whose androgynous image created aesthetic trends, scandalized with her roles and her bold and rebellious behavior during the 20s, just as ð·ðððððð did in the 90s! It is even curious that the press back then compared ðĐðððð ðīðððð's hairstyle with ðģððððð ðĐððððð' iconic haircut, as you can see in the excerpt below:
ðĪ "ððŠðŊðš ðļðŠðĩðĐ ðð°ðķðŠðīðĶ ððģð°ð°ðŽðī ðĢð°ðĢ, ððģðŠðĒðŊ’ðī ðļðĶðĒðģðŠðŊðĻ ðĒ ð§ðķðģðģðš ðĢððĒðĪðŽ ðĪð°ðĒðĩ, ðīðĐðŠðŪðŪðĶðģðš ðąðŠðŊðŽ ððŠðąðīðĩðŠðĪðŽ ðĒðŊðĨ ðīðŠðð·ðĶðģ-ðĻððŠðĩðĩðĶðģ ðŊðĒðŠð ðąð°ððŠðīðĐ. ððĶðĐðŠðŊðĨ ðĐðķðĻðĶ ðīðķðŊðĻððĒðīðīðĶðī, ðĐðŠðī ðĶðšðĶðī ðĒðģðĶ ðĐðĶðĒð·ðŠððš ðīðĐðĒðĨð°ðļðĶðĨ ðļðŠðĩðĐ ðĻðģðĶðš. ððĶ ðð°ð°ðŽðī ððŠðŽðĶ ðĐðĶ’ðī ðŦðķðīðĩ ðīðĩðĶðąðąðĶðĨ ð°ðķðĩ ð°ð§ ðĒ ððŠðĶðģðģðĶ-ðĶðĩ-ððŠðððĶðī ðąðĐð°ðĩð° ð§ðĒðŊðĩðĒðīðŠðĒ, ðĐðĶðĒðģðĩ-ðĢðģðĶðĒðŽðŠðŊðĻððš ðĢðĶðĒðķðĩðŠð§ðķð, ðļðŠðĩðĐ ðĩðĐðĶ ðŽðŠðŊðĨ ð°ð§ ðĪðĐðĒðģðŠðīðŪðĒ ðķðīðķðĒðððš ðĐðĒðð§-ðĻððŠðŪðąðīðĶðĨ ðĢðĶðĐðŠðŊðĨ ðĩðŠðŊðĩðĶðĨ ððŠðŪð°ðķðīðŠðŊðĶ ðļðŠðŊðĨð°ðļðī."

ðĪ “I’d like to say a few words about this guitar. I call this guitar my "Baby". It’s from 1956 and it’s the guitar that I do most of my writing on and I absolutely adore it. And it’s beautifully damaged. It’s a Japanese concept called "wabi-sabi" which means that perfection is in the imperfection. And the way this guitar looks represents that perfectly for me.”
ðąðððð ðžðððð, ðŋðððððð ðžðð ððððððððð, ðļðķð·ðŧ.
With these fond words it's clear that this guitar is pretty special to ðĐðððð, so much so that the only time he has ever appeared on stage with it was at an equally special concert, the mesmeric "ð·ðððððð ðīðŧð― ðžðððððððð ", where he used it to perform magical versions of the songs ðð ðŦðððððð, ðĐðððððð ð° ðūððð ððð, ðšððð ðð ðšðð ðŪððð ððð, ðŧðð ðīððð ðððððð ð and ð·ððð ðĐððð.

It is the black guitar with sparkly white pickguard that ðĐðððð ðīðððð used to record the song ð°.ðē.ðū.ð.ðģ. (released in the ðĐð ðŽð·) as well as in the live sessions of the "ðģððð ðģððð ðģððð" album. Last December 4th ðĐðððð offered this guitar as a prize draw to people who donated funds to help ðšðððððððð and ð·ðððððð's own crew for #ILoveLive month. "ðģðððð ððððð - ððððð ð ðððððð!" said about the guitar on the band's official social media.

ððŦðĒðð§: [...] The last one I named is called Franny, it's a guitar from 1957, and I don’t know if this is correct, but I think that whoever owned it before must have had his guitar in the room while he was sleeping with a groupie, and this groupie sort of scratched her name on the back of the guitar, and because it says Franny on the back, you know, so she's called Franny. The other ones they haven’t names.

This "ððððððððððð ðððð" is a ðððð ðŪðððððð ðŦðð ðąðð ðððð ðĐððððð guitar that ðĐðððð started using from the "ðīðð ð ðŧððð" to date to perform songs like "ð°ðððð-ðđðð ", "ðððððð ðŧðð ðŠððð ðĐððð ðŊððð", "ðšððð ðŧð ðšðð ðŪððð ððð", "ðĐðððððð ð° ðūððð ððð", "ðķðð ðķð ðĻ ðēððð ", "ðĐððððð ððð ðŧðð ðšðð", "ðŦðððð ð°ð ðŧðð ðŦðððððð", "ðŠððð ðžðð ððð", "ðĐðððð ðŧðð ðŽðð ", "ðđðððððð ðžð ðŧððð ðŊððð" and "ðĐððððð". ðĐðððð has two more guitars very similar to this one but they are of other models.
"ðððððð" is the only guitar ðĐðððð used at the extraordinary ð·ðððððð concert at ðĻððððð ðūðð on the songs "ðīðð ð","ðĐðððððð ð° ðūððð ððð", "ðððððð ðŧðð ðŠððð ðĐððð ðŊððð", "ð·ððð ðĐððð", "ðĐðððð ","ðŦððð" and "ðŧððððð ððððð".

Of course, he has many more guitars; However, the ones we have seen are the ones he has shared more details about, besides, as he has said in the last quote, not all of them have a name.
Thank you so much for reading, I hope you have found this post interesting.
