🎊 𝟐𝟏 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒈𝒐 today, on October 8, 2001, ✨"𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊-𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐃“✨ was released as the fourth single from 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒃𝒐's álbum "𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒄" (2000). The song was recorded at 𝑶𝒍𝒚𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒄 and 𝑻𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒐𝒔 in 𝑳𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒏, produced and mixed by 𝑷𝒂𝒖𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒕 and engineered by 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒔. The photograph on the cover is by 𝑲𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒏 𝑾𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒈.

The single also includes two remixes; the first one is a "𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈" remix by 𝑴𝒚 𝑩𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒆's singer and guitarist 𝑲𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅𝒔 and the second one is a "𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌-𝑬𝒚𝒆𝒅" remix by 𝑳𝒆 𝑽𝒊𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓, a 𝑫𝑱 whose mysterious identity 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒍𝒌𝒐 revealed a year before in an interview.

The "𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌-𝑬𝒚𝒆𝒅" official video was released on November 5, 2001; it was filmed at the 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 and 𝑯𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒆 festivals in 𝑮𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒚 on June 23 and 24, 2001, respectively. 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂 𝑱𝒐𝒑𝒑 directed the video and contains scenes from the 𝑮𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏 film 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒍 & 𝑱𝒐𝒆, as "𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌-𝑬𝒚𝒆𝒅" was included in the original soundtrack and the film was directed by 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂 as well. At the end of the video you can see backstage scenes of 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒃𝒐 hanging out with the band 𝑨𝒔𝒉 and the actors 𝑱𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒆 and 𝑹𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒅𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒓, who are the main characters of the film 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒍 & 𝑱𝒐𝒆. 📍In 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒃𝒐's concert at 𝑨𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒐𝒓 𝑾𝒂𝒕 on December 7, 2008, 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒍𝒌𝒐 changed a few words in the second verse from "𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌-𝑬𝒚𝒆𝒅" lyrics: "𝑩𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒃𝒊𝒑𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒕 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒎𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒕" instead of "𝑩𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒃𝒊𝒑𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒔".
