๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ค๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ was a televised sports-entertainment event featuring a rock music concert combined with an exhibition ski race consisting of Olympic & World Cup Ski Stars who are invited to compete for the largest cash prize in ski racing. The festival was organized by former head coach of the U.S. Ski Team men’s alpine team Phil McNichol & Italian entrepreneur Marco Dallapiccola.
The Rockfest first took place on December 22nd, 2009 and from then on it was always held just before Christmas . During the four editions (2009, 2011-2013) it was the world's most highly endowed ski race. With prize money of up to 75,000 euros, even the prestigious Hahnenkamm races in Kitzbรผhel were surpassed. However, due to a lack of snow, the event had to be canceled four times (2010, 2014–2016).
The music concert took place in Andalo after the invitation race and brought together Italian and international artists. The most famous act, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, was signed right at the first event.

๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง: Everybody has a bad day, it happens to everyone, like i think the most recent one was the, on the 22nd of December, 2009, we played in a ski resort in Italy, and the weather was terrible that took us like 2 days to get up the mountain, when we got there it was like a football field covered in snow with 50 people in it. we were on stage and the stage is leaking water, all the equipment is just breaking, and you just ask yourself like, "why am i here? what am i doing?" it's 3 days before X'mas and stuck up on a mountain, nothing works, nobody's here, "what am i doing with my life?" and i was just like, i put some sun glasses on and kinda grin them barely to the end. obviously it's got a lot to do with the whole bunch of different conditions, really.
