๐Ÿ”ธDear Soulmates, today we will focus on a couple of ๐ต๐‘Ÿ๐‘–๐‘Ž๐‘›'s quotes regarding generation gap.

A generation gap is the difference of opinion between one generation and another regarding beliefs, politics or values. In current usage, it often refers to a gap between young people and their parents or grandparents.

Rock music has always been perceived as rebellious music, with all the clichรฉs attached to it. "Drug sex and rock'n'roll" is a worldwide sentence we often hear when talking about rock music, may it be 'soft' rock or 'hard' rock. Many rock bands have attracted a lot of interest and attention in their time.It can be also combined with a particular style of clothing or a specific attitude in order to shock.

๐Ÿ’ฌ"I think kids are looking for records that are likely to piss off their parents again. John Lydon said that rock music was made to create a generation gap, and we believe that too."

๐Ÿ’ฌ"It's been a long time since bands were angry. It's all Oasis's fault; since their success, there's nothing subversive in England, just Coldplay, Stereophonics, Travis, stuff to listen to with your parents."
